Sammy Horner has been around music most of his life. Best known as main songwriter, bassist and front man of the Celtic rock combo, ‘The Electrics’, Sammy is also given credit for being the first gospel pioneer to fuse Celtic music and contemporary worship music together. He has written a series of popular and successful Celtic Praise albums, written five albums worth of music for kids, written and produced a Celtic techno album and is the author of two children’s books.
	As well as touring with The Electrics, Sammy has had a successful solo career playing, writing, recording and touring in Scotland, England, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Canada and the USA. He has played and written with many of the finest that the music scene offers today, including buddy and Julie Miller, Phil Madiera, Mark Robertson, Rich Mullens and John Hartley
He and his band has shared stages and opened for the likes of RUNRIG, Buddy & Julie Miller, Rich Mullens, All Star United, Newsboys, Motorhead, The Alarm, Therapy and Bob Geldof.
